Terms of service

By registering for classes with Fluid Motion Dance, you agree to the following terms:

1. Registration & Payment
All class registrations must be completed in advance through our website. Full payment is required to reserve your spot. Class sizes are limited and may sell out.

2. Attendance & Missed Classes
Please arrive on time and be respectful of other participants. We do not offer make-up classes at this time. If you miss a class, we’re unable to offer refunds or prorated credits.

3. Cancellations
If we must cancel a class or series for any reason, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer your registration to a future class.

4. Health & Safety
By participating in our classes, you acknowledge that dance is a physical activity and you are participating at your own risk. Please inform your instructor of any injuries or health conditions that may affect your ability to participate.

5. Behavior Policy
We are committed to maintaining a respectful, inclusive, and welcoming environment. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from class without refund.

6. Media Release
From time to time, we may take photos or videos during classes or events to use for promotional purposes. By attending, you consent to your image being used unless you notify us otherwise in writing.
